Therapy for Individuals

I offer tailored counseling and support to individuals in Washington State. I use an integrated approach, drawing from different methods and tools depending on what feels most helpful for you. My areas of focus include pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood, anxiety, depression, intimate partner violence, relationships, and life transitions. My goal is to get to know the whole of who you are—your identities, experiences, and strengths—and help you explore and embrace all parts of yourself with compassion while moving toward better health and well-being.

My practice offers:

  • Trauma-informed counseling — tailored to address depression, anxiety, birth trauma, life transitions, attachment challenges and past or current intimate partner violence

  • A collaborative, non-judgmental space - where your situation, fears, hopes and changing identity are held with empathy and respect

  • Parenting support - for parents of children under five who want support around raising their kids. I use attachment-based, authoritative parenting approaches—grounded in love and connection, with clear and consistent boundaries

  • Flexible and accessible care — available via telehealth to anyone residing in Washington State to meet you wherever you’re at

Modalities I use include:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Trauma-Informed Therapy

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

  • Mindfulness, self-compassion and body connection
