Welcome.
Thank you for being here.
Hi, I’m Kendra, a therapist and licensed clinical social worker (LSWAIC SC61249878) specializing in anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, and intimate partner violence. I’m especially passionate about supporting new and expecting parents as they navigate the incredible—and often challenging—journey of early parenthood.
For over fifteen years, I’ve worked with women and parents in both individual and group settings. My background includes personal experience and training in perinatal mental health (pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum), parenting young children, relationships and communication, and intimate partner violence.
My approach combines both individual and systems perspectives. I meet each person where they are while recognizing how larger forces like sexism, classism, and racism can shape our experiences and affect our ability to thrive.
I believe that strong, authentic relationships are the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work. I bring warmth, transparency, humor, and a blend of directness and empathy to every session. Above all, I believe that the health and happiness of families depend on the well-being of each individual within them.
Seeking support is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. You don’t have to walk this path alone—I’m here to help.
Let’s work together
